LOVEART | CONTEMPORARY ART ADVISORY
Amanda Love is the founder and director of LoveArt, an independent contemporary art advisory. LoveArt specialises in the commissioning, acquisition, display, cataloguing, valuation and collection management of significant contemporary art for corporate, public and private collections in Australia and internationally.
With over 30 years of experience as an independent art advisor, Amanda provides bespoke, confidential and strategic advice to corporations and private collectors. Major projects have included commissioning customised moving image installations for QT Hotels throughout Australia; large-scale public artworks for Audi Australia and Global Switch in Sydney and Paris; acquiring and commissioning key international and Australian works for public spaces at W Hotel Hong Kong and Brisbane, and Mullane’s Hotel, Sydney; and curating emerging corporate collections for Ferrier Hodgson in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, and Minter Ellison, Sydney.
In 2010 and 2018, LoveArt hosted exhibitions of new work by Tracey Emin, including museum tours, poetry performances and public programs, reinforcing Amanda Love’s reputation as one of Australia’s most experienced contemporary art consultants.
LoveArt believes that, irrespective of scale or value, a well-considered art collection should provide enduring personal pleasure, elevate a home or business environment, and become a lasting cultural and financial asset. As independent art advisors, we present only works that meet rigorous qualitative standards. Retainer clients are never pressured to acquire works, particularly in the first year, when education, insight and clarity of direction are paramount.
LoveArt does not hold works on consignment and does not represent artists. As an entirely independent Australian art advisory, we have no obligation to third parties and source objectively the highest-quality works from galleries, auction houses and private collections globally.
